Oil purification equipment Vacuum degassing · Plate and frame filtration Every drop of oil, clean as new
Transformer oil, hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil and lubricating oil take on water, air and oxidation products as they are used. What Yanneng does is specific: take those changes out again, so the oil is clean enough to go back into service.
We solve one problem:
the water, the gas and the solids in the oil
We do not build whole production lines and we do not build equipment that has nothing to do with oil. The whole product line is built around one job: washing used, dirty oil clean again.
The longer oil runs in a machine, the more the problem behaves like a chronic condition: water comes in through the breather, air bubbles are carried into the tank, and particles wear away the surfaces they meet. By the time the analysis report shows something abnormal, replacing a drum of oil is rarely the answer.
Take the water out
The oil is heated and atomised under negative pressure, and the moisture vaporises out of the oil film and is drawn away. This is the step that takes the water content from several hundred ppm down to below 3 ppm.
Take the bubbles out
Gas dissolved in the oil comes out of solution at low pressure and leaves with the water vapour, carried off by the vacuum system. It is what sets the breakdown voltage of the equipment once it is energised.
Screen the particles out
From a 50 μm coarse filter to a 1~5 μm deep-layer fine filter and finally terminal filtration at ≤1 μm, each stage holds its own share instead of asking one mesh to carry everything.
Take the colour and the smell out
Old oil that has oxidised, gone black and smells burnt is decolourised and deodorised on adsorbent media, which restores the transparency and the colour index of the oil.

Start with the oil, not with the machine
Tell us the oil type, the current water content, the cleanliness class and the throughput you need on site. Those four facts are enough for a model and a configuration recommendation.
Configure for the duty, not for the price
Very dirty oil needs coarse filtration first and degassing after; high water content needs a longer evaporation and heating time; the voltage class decides the filtration accuracy and the acceptance figure for breakdown voltage.
No-load and load run tests before delivery
Every machine goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it ships. The test record for the key figures and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. A machine that does not meet its figures does not leave the works.
Installation on site and operator training
After the machine arrives we connect the pipework, set the parameters and train the operators, so that they can run the unit and change the elements on their own.

Cleaning oil is
our only speciality.
One machine solves one thing: keeping water out, air out and particles out. Every choice on the product line - how deep the vacuum goes, the pore size of the filter media, the upper limit of the heating temperature - is a trade-off made around that one thing.

Where the machines are used
From the insulating oil in a substation to the heat transfer oil in a refinery, the same machine is not used everywhere. These are the most common working sites for Yanneng equipment.

Power and renewables
Deep dehydration and degassing of the insulating oil in substations, power stations and oil-filled electrical equipment, plus vacuuming and vacuum filling before energising.

Oil and petrochemicals
Coarse and deep filtration of hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil and lubricating oil, and the preparation stage before the colour and the quality are changed.

Metallurgy and steel
In-line purification of rolling oil and hydraulic system oil, and continuous treatment under high temperature conditions.

Mining and machinery
Central treatment at mine oil stations and emergency work on site. The machine goes where the work is.

Transport and rail
Oil maintenance for locomotives and rail vehicles, and treatment of the insulating medium in electrical equipment.
How one machine works
The ZYD-100 two-stage vacuum oil purifier as an example
Oil enters the machine through the oil inlet and first passes the 150-250-50 coarse filter element, which holds back the large particles. A screw oil transfer pump then feeds it into the three-dimensional evaporation chamber. Under far-infrared uniform heating the chamber holds the oil temperature inside the set range, and the atomiser turns the oil into a large-area film, so the moisture vaporises out of it under negative pressure.
The evaporated water vapour and the gas dissolved in the oil are drawn off by the vacuum pump set. The dry oil returns to the clean oil tank after the oil and the gas have been separated, and leaves the machine after passing the 150-500-5 fine filter element. Through the whole run, an infrared level detector keeps the inlet and the outlet in balance, an infrared foam detector works with the automatic foam removal valve, and an over-pressure gives an audible and visual alarm and shuts the machine down.

How We Choose the Topic of a Technical Article: Where the Topics Come From
The technical department has three fixed inputs when choosing topics: the same question raised again and again on site, the follow-up question asked when test data does not match, and the parameters asked about repeatedly in purchasing and technical discussions. What these three inputs have in common is that someone is stuck at a specific point and cannot make a judgement. What an article covers and what it leaves out is decided by whether the reader can use the information to make that judgement.
