TYG-100 mobile vacuum oil purifier
A two-stage vacuum system on a mobile platform, with the same processing capacity as the fixed ZYD machines, for on-site maintenance of large equipment.
01Applications
For emergency oil treatment during on-site maintenance of large equipment such as transformers and switchgear, and for on-site purification of the oil systems of power plants. It suits temporary or emergency work where the equipment is spread out or the maintenance site is temporary.
Oils that need deep purification on site, such as transformer oil, instrument transformer oil, turbine oil and hydraulic oil.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
The ZYD two-stage vacuum flash evaporation process is transferred as a whole to a trailer chassis. The 6000 L/h processing capacity is the same as that of a fixed station, so the treatment result on site stays consistent. The chassis frame is fitted with road wheels and levelling legs, which makes transport quick and positioning on site stable.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine.
