ZYD-100 two-stage vacuum oil purifier
Dedicated deep purification for insulating oils such as transformer oil and instrument transformer oil, with two-stage vacuum flash evaporation under negative pressure, giving a water content of ≤3 ppm after treatment.
01Applications
For power plants, substations, power supply authorities, the transformer industry, metallurgy, petrochemicals, machinery, transport and railways, in particular for on-site maintenance of large substation transformers, and for deep purification of new oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil and extra-high-voltage transformer oil. It can also be used for vacuum filling and vacuum drying of transformers.

Oil enters the machine through the oil inlet and first passes through the 150-250-50 coarse filter element, which intercepts large particles. A screw oil transfer pump then feeds the oil into the three-dimensional evaporation chamber. Far-infrared uniform-flow heating holds the oil temperature inside the set range, and the atomiser spreads the oil into a large-area oil film, so the moisture vaporises and separates out under negative pressure. The evaporated water vapour and the dissolved gases in the oil are drawn off by the vacuum pump set; after the oil and gas are separated, the dry oil returns to the clean oil tank and is discharged after passing through the 150-500-5 fine filter element.
