ZYD-200 two-stage vacuum oil purifier
Holds a stable vacuum level under high flow conditions, for large oil-filled electrical equipment of 110 kV and above and for batch oil treatment.
01Applications
For the treatment of insulating oil in large oil-filled electrical equipment of 110 kV and above, and for the centralised purification of large batches of oil. It suits concentrated work during regional grid maintenance periods and the deep treatment of oil before energising.
Insulating oils such as new oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high-voltage transformer oil, capacitor oil and switchgear oil.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
The machine is scaled up as a whole on the ZYD platform: the effective volume of the evaporation chamber, the atomising area, the pump power and the number of filtration stages are increased together, so a stable negative pressure is still maintained at 12000 L/h, which suits long continuous runs.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. The ZYD-200 is scaled up as a whole in the volume of the evaporation chamber, the pump power and the number of filtration stages. Its processing capacity is about twice that of the ZYD-100, which suits batch oil treatment and continuous production lines.
Yes. The unit can be configured for the viscosity, the water content and the gas content of the oil and for the power supply conditions on site. The configuration list is confirmed in the final technical agreement.
