01Applications
For the centralised purification of insulating oil at large power stations and regional grid centres, and for emergency repairs during maintenance periods. The capacity of one unit meets the daily purification volume handled at regional grid level.
Insulating oils such as new oil, imported oil, extra-high-voltage transformer oil, instrument transformer oil and reactor oil.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
Two vacuum pump sets can run as main and standby, so a single unit covers the daily volume handled at regional grid level. Level, foam, pressure and temperature are monitored online as complete parameters, which supports continuous unattended running.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine.
