The more specific the information, the more specific the answer. The points below decide whether we can give a workable proposal in one go.
What the oil is
Transformer oil, hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil, lubricating oil, gear oil or something else. The target for degassing and for decolouring is completely different for each oil.
How dirty it is now
The water content, the cleanliness class, the breakdown voltage, the colour and the appearance. An analysis report is best, but the years in service and the duty will do.
How much oil has to be treated
The tank capacity and how quickly you want it finished decide the throughput, and they decide whether the line needs circulation heating and an intermediate tank.
The conditions on site
The power supply, the floor loading, whether the machine has to move, whether it has to run continuously. These decide whether the delivery is stationary or mobile.
What the target figures are
Deep dehydration and degassing before energising, or online maintenance during operation. The two need machines of very different depth.
When it is needed
A maintenance window is usually only a few days. Tell us the date early and we can plan the build and the shipment.
