A manufacturer that builds oil purification equipment and nothing else. The product line runs from pre-filtration through to deep degassing, so a customer does not have to piece a solution together from several suppliers.
Cleaning oil is our only speciality
Chongqing Yanneng Oil Filter Co., Ltd. is based in Chongqing and has designed and manufactured industrial oil purification equipment since 2015. The product line is deliberately narrow: two-stage vacuum oil purifiers, plate and frame filter presses, adsorption oil purifiers, centrifugal oil purifiers, mobile filtering carts, and the filter elements that go with them.
The line is not an arbitrary list. It follows the order in which oil gets contaminated. Coarse filtration keeps the large particles out, vacuum under negative pressure draws off the water and the dissolved gas, and only then come the filtration accuracy and the decolouring. The time the customer spends moving oil from one machine to the next, the loss on the way and the contamination picked up there are what this line exists to remove.
The company runs its own production workshop. Assembly, commissioning and the factory run tests are all done here. Every machine goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it ships, with the test record for the key figures and the certificate of conformity delivered with the machine. The elements in common use are stocked in batches, so a replacement does not have to wait for a long lead time.

The four things we do
Machine design and assembly
The vacuum system, the heating system, the filtration units and the control circuit are assembled and commissioned in our own workshop, and the interlock logic is verified item by item on the complete machine.
Selection by duty
The model and the configuration are matched to the oil type, the water content, the cleanliness and the throughput, with advice on pre-treatment and post-treatment where that is needed.
Custom builds and complete treatment lines
Stationary, mobile, trailer-mounted, skid and containerised deliveries, built to the space on site and to the process requirements.
Consumables and spare parts
Coarse elements, fine elements and the matching filters are held in stock in the usual sizes, so the time the machine stands still for an element change is as short as possible.

The model, the configuration, the delivery time and what makes up the price.
Build and test
After assembly the machine goes through a no-load and a full-load run test, and the key figures are recorded.

What happens in the workshop
The photographs below come from the Yanneng workshop and are not staged. They show how the machines are actually assembled and in which forms they are delivered.
Vacuum unit assembly
Pipework connections and the leak check of the vacuum pump set, the roots pump, the transfer pump and the evaporation chamber.
Plate and frame press assembly
Assembly of the filter chambers, the frames and the clamping mechanism, followed by the pressure test.
Commissioning of mobile units
Running gear, brakes and the electrical commissioning of mobile and trailer-mounted units.
Consumable stock
Coarse elements, fine elements and the dedicated filters are stocked in batches in the usual sizes.
