A medium heat-absorbing condensing system heats the oil and feeds it into the three-dimensional evaporation structure; after the oil and water are separated, the condensate is recovered, which reduces oil loss. The filter is backwashed automatically and condensate water is discharged during operation, so no attendant is required.

Mainly used for the purification and regeneration of industrial oils such as hydraulic oil, machine oil, cooling oil and lubricating oil, and widely applied in the oil field, mining, metallurgy, power generation, transport and manufacturing industries.
It is recommended to pre-filter with the JL series portable filtering and oil-filling cart to remove large particles thoroughly before the oil enters the TYA series vacuum degassing stage. This keeps the dehydration and degassing efficiency and avoids clogging the filter elements.
