01Applications
Used for the central oil stations of industrial and mining enterprises and for batch oil regeneration. At 4000 L/h it meets workshop-level central processing needs, and suits scheduled batch processing and online maintenance of oil systems.
Industrial oils such as hydraulic oil, machine oil, cooling oil, lubricating oil and turbine oil.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
Processing capacity is scaled up from the TYA platform, and optional automatic backwash, heating control and remote communication modules can be added and combined to suit site requirements. The unit is derusted and powder coated, so it suits high temperature, high humidity and dusty environments.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. 06Common questions
Operating ambient temperature -20–45 °C. The higher the altitude, the lower the negative value that the vacuum level can reach, so the room must be kept well ventilated and protected against moisture.
