01Applications
For clarifying oil on continuous production lines, where oil volumes are large, uninterrupted operation is needed and consumable cost should be kept down.
Gear oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and waste oil with a high contaminant load.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
The high-speed rotor spins the oil, and solid contaminants are thrown against the outer wall of the separation chamber by centrifugal force and discharged together, while the oil flows out from the centre. Separation efficiency is higher than with static filtration.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. Centrifugal separation suits continuous operation, high throughput and low consumable cost. Plate and frame filtration suits oil of high viscosity, oil with a high contaminant load, and duties where the filter cake has to be recovered.
