The figures below are the reference values for the standard build of this model. The actual configuration is adjusted to the oil, the throughput and the power supply on site; the technical agreement signed by both sides is what counts.

LX-200 centrifugal oil purifier
The dual-rotor design increases the separation area and raises the throughput per unit time, for large-volume oil processing.
01Applications
For large-volume oil processing and in-line clarification on continuous lines, where oil volumes are large, high throughput is needed and consumable cost should be kept down.
Gear oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and waste oil with a high contaminant load.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-built: 304 stainless steel
Both rotors work at the same time, so the separation area and the processing capacity increase together. An automatic sludge discharge interface can be fitted to reduce manual cleaning frequency, and oil heating can be used to maintain a suitable viscosity.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. Yanneng can work out the right configuration and the treatment line from the oil analysis report and the site conditions you provide.

05Optional items
- Automatic sludge discharge interface available as an option
- Multi-parameter monitoring of speed, current, pressure and flow available as an option
- Can be used with oil heating to maintain a suitable viscosity
06Common questions
Yes. When the viscosity is high, heat the oil first to lower the viscosity and then feed it into centrifugal separation; otherwise the separation result and the energy consumption are clearly affected.
