Large plate and frame filter press unit with an open cabinet design that makes the frames easy to load and remove, suitable for centralised workshop filtration.
01Applications
For large-volume continuous processing in centralised workshop filtration, suited to conditions with a large oil volume, heavy contamination and long continuous runs.
High-viscosity oils such as gear oil, hydraulic oil and heat transfer oil, and waste oils with a high solids load.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-made: 304 stainless steel
40 sets of 300×300 plate and frame assemblies provide a large filter area. The open cabinet leaves plenty of space for withdrawing the frames and for manual cake removal, and the multiple chambers work independently, so servicing one chamber does not affect the others.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. 06Common questions
A plate and frame press mainly removes solid contaminants and part of the emulsion. Most of the water has to be removed first by gravity or vacuum separation. Please discuss the working conditions with us before the unit is selected.
