01Applications
For coarse filtration and deep filtration of high-viscosity oils, waste oils and oils with a high solids load. Suitable for metallurgy, mining, steel, power generation, shipyards and other applications where solid contaminants have to be separated out completely.

10 sets of 200×200 plate and frame assemblies form the filter chambers. The oil passes through the filter paper and cloth between the clamped frames, and solid contaminants are retained as filter cake. During filtration a single frame can be withdrawn for cake removal while the remaining chambers keep working.

07Common questions
It depends on the level of contamination of the oil. Replacement is normally needed when the differential pressure rises abnormally or the filtration flow rate drops noticeably. We supply the matching filter paper and cloth sizes.
