TL-50 adsorption oil purifier
Standard capacity adsorption decolorizing unit with an enclosed cabinet design. The adsorption cartridges can be withdrawn as a whole for replacement.
01Applications
For decolorizing and deodorizing old oil that has oxidised and turned black after long service, restoring the transparency and colour index of the oil. Usually connected after the vacuum degasser as the last stage of the purification line.
Old oils that need their colour restored, such as oxidised and blackened transformer oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and turbine oil.
Standard: high carbon steel; custom-made: 304 stainless steel
The oil flows through adsorption cartridges packed with activated carbon or silica gel. Oxidation products and polar contaminants are adsorbed on the surface of the medium, and the filtered oil returns to transparency. The cartridges use a quick-change structure, so the whole cartridge can be withdrawn to replace the medium.

Each machine is designed and built to the company standard and goes through a no-load and a full-load run test before it leaves the works. The test record and the certificate of conformity travel with the machine. 06Common questions
It depends on the level of contamination of the oil and on its initial colour. A rising differential pressure or a falling decolorizing effect is normally taken as the criterion. We provide a recommended replacement interval chart for the medium.
